This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the sheriff's warrant unit or the issuing court directly.
Route a Nolan County Warrant Question
Match the question to the office responsible for that part of the record:
- Justice Court citations: contact the court named on the ticket for case status, appearance instructions, or a payment question. Its official page lists its current public contact route.
- County or district cases: ask the County Clerk or District Clerk which office maintains the file. The Nolan-Mitchell portal is a collections and case lead, not a complete warrant-status service.
- City citations: contact Sweetwater or Roscoe Municipal Court directly. Blackwell spans Nolan and Coke Counties, so use the county and court printed on the citation.
- Sheriff service: use the Nolan County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Service page for service information. TCIC and NCIC are restricted officer systems, not public searches.
- Legal advice or a possible surrender: speak with a licensed Texas attorney before choosing a course of action.
The website cannot confirm a person's warrant status, clear a record, accept payment, or arrange a court date. A missing entry on the sheriff’s selected Most Wanted page does not settle the question. Ask the issuing court for its current docket and written instructions. Keep any citation, receipt, and court notice together.
